Interior monologue HELP!!

hi everyone

I am attempting to write an interior monologue and I am having difficulties finding out how much of the writting must be in first person.

Can there be a third person narrator and only the thoughts of the carracter be first person?

Any onther information on interior monlogues would be much apreciated
