Controversial essay research and writing is a form of writing that almost all student are familiar with. Topics for such paper are usually found in highly debated issues over the media or even on common societal issues. This type of essay should not be very difficult to the writer because you have all the resources necessary to begin and finish the essay. The topic for a controversial essay may either be given to you or you will have to select on what to write. These types of essay are mostly given as middle school essay topics or   college essay prompts. The same challenge will be faced if the question is provided to you or you are asked to select the question. When you are about selecting a question for a controversial essay, remember that it should be on something which arouses continuous debate. There are so many topics of controversy. In most cases, writing on a personal experience will lead you to success. Keep in mind that it is better to write on a subject in which you have complete knowledge of, rather than to write on something on which you are basing an inference. In fact, this should be seen as a test if your conclusion is controversial enough. Your position should be such that it can generate a whole debate on its own. This should be fearlessly stated.
